Tano Arrogancia and Spencer Ford have teamed up with the goal of teaching proper lacrosse fundamentals to young players. Their experience in all levels of game play, from youth to professional, make them ideal instructors for any child interested in learning to play the game the right way.

Tano Arrogancia

Tano Arrogancia, Goalie and Face-Off coach for the Baltimore/Washington Bayhawk's for six years, is an expert in the game of lacrosse and at developing young players. In addition to working with professional players, he is one of Baltimore's premier high school coaches. He has coached public high schools, MIAA high schools, and the Bayhawks to a total of 6 championship titles. The U.S. Lacrosse Organization and the Baltimore Sun have both heralded Arrogancia as "Coach of the Year" for his outstanding coaching performance.

Tano Arrogancia believes in teaching all players, boys and girls, good fundamental skills and field sense. His goal is to move each individual to the next level of his/her play. His positive style motivates young boys and girls to become strong, confident, team players.

Spencer Ford

L.A. Riptides star attackman and MLL All Star Spencer Ford brings a wealth of knowledge to the field. He loves to instill his passion for the game to young players. In 2007 Spencer was named First Team All Pro and The Warrior Most Improved Player by Major League Lacrosse, the premier professional lacrosse league. He is a 1999 graduate of Towson University where he was named as is tied for third all time in career points with 184 while receiving many honors including All-American and  First-Team All Conference.

Spencer Ford believes that a love for the game can translate to excellence on the field. He is an expert at assisting on goals. He has taught players of all ages how to score in competitive play.
